Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for both digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should be innovative, detail-oriented, and capable of transforming ideas into impactful creative outputs that align with the brand's identity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative design concepts by understanding project requirements, brand guidelines, and target audience needs.
  • Create and present design drafts, layouts, and visual concepts for approval before final execution.
  • Design marketing materials including social media creatives, brochures, banners, posters, presentations, and promotional content.
  • Produce high-quality finished designs using professional tools and software while maintaining accuracy and creativity.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams, content creators, web designers, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Coordinate with printing agencies and other production partners to ensure final output quality for offline materials.
  • Communicate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand design expectations and provide design solutions accordingly.
  • Create logo designs, branding assets, product illustrations, and website graphics as per business requirements.
  • Review final designs for errors, consistency, and alignment with brand standards before delivery.
  • Suggest design improvements and creative enhancements to increase visual impact and overall presentation quality.
  • Support team members with creative tasks and contribute actively to ongoing design projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design skills, and ability to work on diverse projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant software.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver work within deadlines with strong time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to accept and implement feedback effectively.
  • Knowledge of branding, marketing design, packaging, corporate identity, advertising, and multimedia design.
  • Familiarity with print design processes and production requirements is a plus.
  • Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) or additional creative software will be an added advantage.
