About the Company

• Patcorn Drymix (Tejas) is a VC-backed, fast-growing startup in the building materials space
• Focused on building multiple brands in construction and specialty materials (tiles, adhesives, waterproofing, etc.)
• Operates as a house of brands
• First brand: Kamdhenu Adhesives (launched with Kamdhenu Group)

Role Overview

• Hiring a Graphic Designer focused on branding, packaging, and marketing creatives
• Includes basic video editing support
• Hands-on role working closely with founders
• Fast-paced startup environment

Basic Criteria (Mandatory)

• Experience: 3–6 years

Location & Work Setup (Mandatory)

• Location: Raipur , company operations are expected to expand to Mumbai in the future few months, so candidates should be open to relocation/travel opportunities as part of long-term growth plans.
• Work Type:
• In-office only (no remote/hybrid)
• 6 days/week (10 AM – 7 PM)
• Must be open to relocation/travel

What You'll Do

• Design social media creatives, posters, and branding assets
• Work on product packaging design
• Create/edit video content (reels, product videos)
• Maintain brand consistency across all outputs

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong expertise in Graphic Design (core skill)
• Working knowledge of Video Editing
• Proficient in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Basic understanding of:
• Premiere Pro / After Effects

Good to Have

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX (Figma, etc.)
• Exposure to AI tools (Midjourney, Ideogram, etc.)
• Experience in startup environment
• Experience in manufacturing / B2B / product-based companies
• Exposure to packaging or physical product brands

Ideal Candidate

• Strong hands-on designer with execution capability
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
• Able to handle end-to-end design work independently

• This is not a UI/UX-focused role
• Core focus is Graphic Design + Video Editing
