Graphic Designer - Job Description

We are actively hiring a Graphic Designer to join our team and create engaging & impactful designs. The Graphic Designer will be required to design and develop materials to support business development and luxury property marketing initiatives.

● Location: Saket, New Delhi

● Mode: Work from Office only

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualise and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.

● Ability to work on various Real Estate related deliverables like Illustrations, property brochures/flyers, catalogue & booklets, banners, posters & billboard.

● Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organisational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately.

● Prioritise and manage multiple projects within design specifications.

● Design & managing all in-house Magazines & Newspaper ads.

● Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts which include backdrops, yard signs, letterheads, billboard, posters, and other graphics.

● Video Editing and creating brand videos and corporate presentations.

● Work with a wide range of media and graphic design software to ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

● Work independently as well as cooperatively with the marketing team to create expressive graphics producing high-quality designs for the company.

● Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability, and readers needs.

Education and Qualification Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline.

● Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Graphic Designing.

Competencies:

● Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, such as Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

● Computer fluency in Mac and PC and Typography knowledge.

● Strong eye for visual composition.

● Understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment.

● Strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
