Graphic Designer

Experience & Expertise:

• Should possess 46 years of experience in digital and print medium designs, UI design for desktop and mobile versions.
• Must have hands-on experience with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and MS PowerPoint.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI design, illustrations, or other graphic work.
• Significant expertise with design systems is an added advantage.
• Excellent drafting skills and sophisticated use of color with strong domain knowledge.
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and timeline-driven professional.
• Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to multitask.
• Educational Background: Graduate/Post-Graduate, preferably in Fine Arts, with relevant years of experience.

Must Have:

Technical Skills:

• Design Software Proficiency: Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Web Development Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML and CSS; knowledge of JavaScript is a plus.
• UX/UI Principles: Strong grasp of user experience and user interface principles for intuitive and effective designs.

Creative Skills:

• Graphic Design: Strong visual design skills with the ability to create appealing and impactful graphics.
• Typography & Color Theory: Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and color to enhance visual communication.
• Interactive Media: Ability to design engaging interactive content like animations, digital ads, and web interfaces.
