About The Role
Indian Farmer is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to enhance our visual identity and engage with our growing audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design and a passion for creating visually compelling content. This role involves conceptualizing and designing a wide range of assets, including social media graphics, thumbnails, infographics, marketing materials, and branding elements optimized for multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and evolve brand assets to ensure a consistent and cohesive visual identity across all platforms
- Create engaging social media graphics such as carousels, banners, and posts for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Design high-performing thumbnails and cover images to improve content visibility and engagement
- Develop creative assets for marketing campaigns, static ads, and course promotions
- Collaborate with the social media team to produce promotional materials in various formats and sizes
- Optimize designs based on platform-specific requirements such as dimensions, ratios, and formats
- Stay updated with design trends and continuously improve design skills and tool proficiency
