Key Responsibilities
- Set and implement the creative vision for Brand BSOUL, taking full ownership of visual strategy across packaging, website, and multi-platform cataloguing.
- Lead all aspects of design and researchincluding Key Line Drawings (KLD), packaging development, and digital content creationensuring accuracy, manufacturability, and premium brand aesthetics.
- Spearhead cataloguing for D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) and quick commerce platforms, optimizing product presentation for engagement and conversion.
- Mandate continuous design innovation and cross-functional teamwork to keep BSOUL at the forefront of the ambient fragrance industry.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and in accordance with the established creative briefs.
- Trend Awareness: Stay informed about design trends, industry best practices ambient fragrance category, and emerging technologies to bring
innovative ideas to the team.
