Job Opportunity: Visual Content Designer (Graphics & Reels) – Night Shift
iMarketo is looking for a creative and high-energy Visual Content Designer to join our team. As a 360-degree marketing agency supporting US-based clients (including our partner firm ConnectedStars), we need someone who can blend static graphic design with high-impact short-form video (Reels/Shorts) to drive engagement.
Important Note: This role follows US Business Hours (Night Shift) to ensure real-time collaboration with our North American clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Short-Form Video: Conceptualize, edit, and produce engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts that stop the scroll.
- Graphic Design: Create high-quality visual assets for social media, email campaigns, display ads, and pitch decks.
- Brand Alignment: Maintain visual consistency across multiple brands, ensuring all content aligns with client guidelines and US market trends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the outreach and strategy teams to translate marketing goals into compelling visual stories.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of design and video trends specifically within the US digital landscape.
Required Skills & Experience
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut).
- Reels Expertise: Proven track record of creating viral-style or high-engagement video content with a focus on transitions, timing, and audio syncing.
- Design Fundamentals: Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout specifically for digital marketing.
- Communication: Fluent in English with the ability to take creative direction and provide feedback effectively.
Shift Details & Location
- Shift: Permanent Night Shift (Aligned with US EST/PST timings).
- Location: Remote or Office-based (as per current iMarketo/ConnectedStars policy).
- Experience: 2–4 years in a similar role (Agency experience preferred).
