Graphic Designer

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer, located in Indianapolis, IN. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs including logos, branding materials, and promotional graphics. Day-to-day responsibilities include working on graphic design projects, creating impactful and attractive visual content, managing and executing branding strategies, and maintaining design consistency across platforms. Collaboration with other teams to support marketing, sales, and product initiatives is an integral part of the role.

• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative visual creations
• Experience in Logo Design and developing cohesive Branding assets
• Solid understanding of Typography and its application in design projects
• Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the LED lighting or manufacturing industry is a plus, but not required
