Idea to Edit

We're an advertising and production agency with our client-facing and Production team based in Atlanta, Georgia, and our pre-production and post-production team based in Gandhinagar, India.

Most of our work is for American manufacturing and industrial brands, creating advertising that feels modern, clean, and strategically driven. Our clients include companies that manufacture spray-on truck bedliners, American-made drill bits, industrial coatings, and other products built for skilled trades. We also work with a leading jewelry retailer in Atlanta, creating campaigns for the Indian-American community.

What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for creating original visual concepts. We value designers who can think through typography, composition, color, and storytelling.

Your work will include:

• Brand identity and visual assets
• Social media campaigns
• Digital advertisements
• Posters and marketing collateral
• Photo editing, retouching, and compositing
• Motion graphics and simple animations
• Print design

We're Looking For

• A positive, fun, and easy-to-work-with attitude. Our team spends a lot of time together, so personality matters.
• 1–4 years of professional graphic design experience
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates real client work
• Excellent understanding of layout, typography, and color
• A modern design aesthetic with strong poster and campaign work
• Experience with photo manipulation and high-end retouching
• Proficiency in:

-Adobe Photoshop

-Adobe Illustrator

-Adobe Lightroom

-Adobe After Effects

-Adobe Premiere Pro

-Canva! lol!

• Intermediate motion graphics skills
• Understanding of both digital and print production
• Based in Gandhinagar or Ahmedabad, or willing to relocate 

Compensation

• ₹35,000+ per month, (depending on experience and portfolio)
• Paid twice a month
• Full-time, in-office position
