WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Work with your fellow designers and assigned copywriters to create new and refreshing designs and creatives
- Create functional design solutions that cut across platforms (Social Media, Website, E-mailers, Offline Collaterals, etc)
- Brainstorm and ideate content creatives with your brand teams
- Bring your vision and concepts to life - it's not only welcomed but celebrated
- Understand the right balance between communication (narrative) and design such that it gets the message across
- Work on pitches to bring in newer projects and brands
- Most importantly, you will push yourself to deliver quality
WHO ARE YOU:
- Has proven working experience of 1-2 years in graphic design
- Not afraid to share creative opinion or shy away from being critical
- Someone who sees design as a form of expression irrelevant to the platform but relevant to the product, brand, and user experience
- You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive effective creative output for your assigned brands.
- You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills
- You are open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver
- Strong team management skills with the ability to grow and develop the teams you will lead as well as effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
