About The Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong expertise in Adobe InDesign and print media tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating impactful visual designs across both print and digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality creative outputs. This role requires a creative mindset combined with technical proficiency in design software, along with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and digital teams to develop engaging visual content that aligns with brand objectives and enhances overall communication strategies.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess 4-6 years of proven experience in graphic and web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in both print and digital media. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, is essential. Working knowledge of XD or Figma will be considered an advantage. Candidates must have a solid understanding of print production processes such as prepress, color management, and print specifications. A keen eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy is crucial, alongside excellent attention to detail. Strong collaboration and communication skills are necessary to effectively work with cross-functional teams. The ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines is vital for success in this role.
Responsibilities
Design and enhance PowerPoint presentations, pitch decks, and client proposals with a focus on visual impact and clarity. Develop visually compelling layouts for various print materials including brochures, reports, magazines, newsletters, posters, flyers, and other collateral. Create engaging digital assets for web, social media, email campaigns, and corporate communications to support marketing initiatives. Work extensively with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools to produce high-quality visual content. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all platforms and materials. Collaborate with marketing, content, and digital teams to understand project requirements and deliver innovative creative solutions. Manage multiple projects effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines without compromising quality. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes to enhance output quality.
