You will design social media creatives, brand visuals, ads, and offline collateral while collaborating with content, strategy, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Design ad creatives, social media posts, brand visuals, and print/offline assets
Convert briefs into engaging, high-quality visuals
Work closely with marketing, strategy, and content teams
Create design assets using Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools
Maintain consistency in branding and attention to detail
Stay updated with trends, platform best practices, and audience insights
Report to and take guidance from the Creative Head
Requirements
Graduate or Postgraduate in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
Minimum 1 year design experience (agency experience preferred)
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Familiarity with AI tools is a strong advantage
Strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory
Portfolio showcasing ads, social media designs, and print work
Ability to work fast, think creatively, and take feedback positively
