Graphic Designer

Location: Bangalore (Full-time, In-person)

Experience: 2–4 years

We are hiring a Graphic Designer with a strong focus on digital advertising and visual storytelling. This role requires a designer who not only creates visually appealing work but also understands conversion-driven design for Meta and Google Ads.

Your Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce creative assets for paid ad campaigns.
• Adapt design formats for multiple platforms and placements.
• Continuously test creative variations to identify high-performing visuals.
• Collaborate with the growth and content team to ensure alignment between design and messaging.
• Develop visual guidelines for ad campaigns that enhance brand consistency.
  
  

Requirements

• 2–4 years of proven design experience in marketing/advertising.
• Experience with ad creatives, landing page visuals, and social campaigns.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within timelines.
• Strong eye for detail, typography, and composition.
