Position Overview:
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating high-quality visual designs that reflect Hari Krishna Exports premium identity in the global diamond industry. The role requires a deep understanding of luxury brand communication, design precision, and digital storytelling.
This position plays a key role in supporting marketing, digital, and corporate communication initiatives through engaging creatives for campaigns, promotions, social media, trade shows, and email marketing. The designer will work collaboratively with the marketing, content, and digital teams to ensure visual consistency across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Creative Concept & Design Execution
- Conceptualize and design impactful marketing creatives, including digital banners, social media posts, trade show materials, emailers, brochures, and promotional visuals.
- Ensure design alignment with brand tone, luxury aesthetics, and communication strategy.
- Develop visual themes and campaign concepts for new product launches, events, and international exhibitions.
2. Digital & Social Media Design
- Create engaging static and motion graphics for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets while innovating with fresh design styles.
- Collaborate with social media and digital teams to enhance engagement and visibility through high-quality visuals.
3. Marketing & Promotional Collateral
- Design creative assets for marketing campaigns, corporate presentations, and product promotions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to transform ideas into visually compelling stories.
- Prepare materials for both print and digital mediums with a strong understanding of layout, typography, and brand guidelines.
4. Brand Identity & Design Quality
- Uphold and evolve the company's visual identity across all communication touchpoints.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet brand standards and deliver a premium, polished visual appeal.
- Review and refine design work of junior designers, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
5. Event & Tradeshow Branding
- Design event backdrops, banners, standees, and other promotional materials for global exhibitions and trade shows.
- Coordinate with the event and marketing teams for visual planning and timely delivery of event-related creatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in luxury, jewelry, diamond, or fashion industry.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Knowledge of design for both digital and print media.
- Familiarity with UI/UX basics and social media content design best practices.
