Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with 4-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating engaging visual content for various digital platforms. You will be responsible for designing social media posts and ad creatives & videos, Amazon A+ content, website banners, email marketing banners, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing and effective social media ad creatives, posts and videos.
• Create compelling Amazon A+ content posts that enhance product listings.
• Develop eye-catching website banners. Experience in UI/UX is a plus.
• Design engaging email marketing visuals and frameworks that drive user engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs on time.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects via typography, colours etc.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to ensure cutting-edge designs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Graphic Design or Mass Communication.
• 1-2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in social media, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to take constructive feedback.
