Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead and execute visual design initiatives across digital and offline platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in graphic design along with hands-on experience in video editing and motion graphics, ensuring consistent brand communication and high-quality visual output.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visually compelling designs for marketing campaigns, branding, social media, website, presentations, and print materials.
- Design creatives for digital platforms including social media posts, banners, ads, and promotional content.
- Handle video editing, motion graphics, and short-form video content for digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing, branding, and content teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Lead design projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery.
- Review and improve designs based on feedback and business requirements.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Mentor junior designers and ensure design quality standards are maintained.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with proven expertise in video editing.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Experience with motion graphics, reels, and short videos is a must.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with agri-tech, FMCG, or product-based companies.
- Knowledge of UI/UX basics and digital marketing creatives.
- Familiarity with social media content trends and formats.
