Graphic Designer

About the Role

We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and create strong, engaging visual content for our brand and digital platforms. The role will involve working across social media, campaigns and other marketing initiatives, with a strong focus on visual storytelling and financial content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create graphics and creatives for social media, digital campaigns, presentations and marketing initiatives.
• Design social media posts, carousels, banners, infographics and other digital assets.
• Translate marketing briefs and financial topics into clear and engaging visual content.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Content teams to develop creative concepts.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, typography, layouts and visual style.
• Stay updated with design trends and experiment with new creative formats.
• Use AI and design tools to improve ideation, execution and overall creative workflow.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver creatives within timelines.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital/marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva or similar.
• Good understanding of social media formats and digital content.
• Ability to simplify complex ideas into visually engaging content.
• Interest in stock markets and financial topics is a plus.
• Comfortable experimenting with AI tools and adopting an AI-first approach to design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to take feedback.
