About the Role:
We're on the lookout for a Graphic Designer who blends creativity with clarity and can breathe life into brand visuals across static, motion, and video formats. Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design static creatives, social media assets, and campaign collaterals.
- Create engaging motion graphics, video edits, and animated explainer videos.
- Lead visual storytelling for digital campaigns, reels, product videos, and brand films.
- Collaborate closely with content writers, strategists, and the marketing team to bring ideas to life.
- Manage end-to-end execution of design projects from brief to delivery.
- Guide and mentor junior designers, review outputs, and ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software updates, and new tools.
Must-Have Skills:
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite especially Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
- Strong portfolio across branding, digital, motion, and video.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Excellent visual and communication skills.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- UI/UX design knowledge
- 2D/3D animation skills
- Familiarity with Figma or Canva for collaborative design
