We're looking for a Graphic Designer who loves creating scroll-stopping ad creatives and wants to grow deep expertise in performance-driven design.
You'll work closely with the performance marketing team, and creative strategists to design high-impact creatives for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) across multiple global brands.
This is a hands-on execution role with fast learning, real ownership, and direct exposure to what actually works in ads.
What you'll do:
Design High-Performance Ad Creatives
- Design static ads, carousels, and visual assets for Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
- Translate creative briefs, hooks, and ad angles into clear, compelling visuals.
- Adapt creatives quickly based on performance feedback and learnings.
Creative Iteration & Testing
- Create multiple variations of ads (formats, layouts, visual treatments).
- Iterate based on performance data (CTR, engagement, thumb-stop rate).
- Support ongoing A/B testing and creative experiments.
Multi-Brand Execution
- Work on creatives for multiple brands across different categories.
- Follow brand guidelines while still pushing for performance.
- Maintain consistency, quality, and attention to detail across outputs.
Collaboration & Workflow
- Collaborate closely with creative strategists, and media buyers
- Manage design tasks efficiently and hit quick turnaround timelines.
- Incorporate feedback constructively and improve with every iteration.
AI & Tooling
- Use AI tools for inspiration, faster iteration, or asset creation where relevant.
- Stay curious about new tools that improve creative speed and quality.
Qualifications:
- 13 years of experience in graphic design (agency, DTC brand, or freelance).
- A strong portfolio showing ad creatives or social media design
- Solid understanding of what makes ads work on Facebook & Instagram.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects is a plus).
- Strong visual sense: layout, typography, hierarchy, contrast.
- Ability to move fast, iterate often, and design with intent.
- Clear communication and openness to feedback.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
- Experience with other social media advertising platforms (e.g., TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Knowledge of performance marketing and data-driven creative strategies.
