Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design- Create visually engaging designs for digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and branding assets.
- Develop graphics, illustrations, GIFs, and short-form video content for social media and web use.
- Ensure brand consistency across all design materials.
Social Media Management- Manage company presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Write and design posts, stories, and reels to drive engagement.
- Track analytics and prepare reports to measure performance and optimize strategies.
- Respond to community interactions and coordinate with cross-functional teams for campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor's degree in Design, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 35 years of experience in graphic design and social media management.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects) or similar tools (Canva, Figma).
- Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and content best practices.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
