We're looking for a Graphic Designer who cares about quality, consistency, and execution discipline - not just making posts.
Role Overview
Your role is to convert ideas into high-quality visuals - consistently and on time.
You won't be guessing what to design.
You will:

Key Responsibilities
1 Creative Execution
- Design social media creatives, ads, and website assets
- Execute campaign visual direction provided by the team
- Adapt designs across formats (IG, ads, banners, email, etc.)
- Ensure output matches brand standards
2 Campaign & Launch Assets
You will regularly design:
- Website hero images
- Product launch creatives
- Email visuals
- Ad creatives (1:1 & 4:5)
- Story creatives
- Affiliate assets
- All assets must follow timelines defined in Basecamp.
3 Maintain Brand Consistency
- Follow Fuelled visual identity strictly
- Avoid generic or catalogue-style creatives
- Ensure premium look across platforms
- Improve attention to detail over time
4 Workflow Discipline
- Acknowledge tasks before starting
- Clarify briefs when unclear
- Escalate early if deadline risk appears
- Follow two-review-cycle rule
- Upload files properly & organised
- No silent delays.
5 Collaboration
Work closely with:
- Design Lead
- Marketing Lead
- Performance team
The goal is calm execution - not last-minute chaos.
Success Metrics
You are succeeding if:
- Assets are delivered on time
- Revisions reduce over time
- Visual quality improves month-to-month
- Team trusts your reliability
- Brand consistency improves
Requirements
- 14 years design experience
- Good fundamentals in typography, layout & spacing
- Proficiency in Photoshop / Illustrator / Figma (or similar)
- Ability to follow direction and execute accurately
- Organized file management habits
- Attention to detail
D2C / fitness brand experience is a bonus, not mandatory.
