Role Description :

We are looking for a passionate and creative Graphic Designer (Fresher) to join our team in Irinjalakuda. This is a full-time, on-site role.

The selected candidate will be responsible for :

• Creating visually engaging graphics for advertising campaigns
• Designing logos and branding materials
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative concepts
• Applying typography and design principles effectively
• Understanding client requirements and translating them into impactful designs
• Ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines

Qualifications :

• Basic proficiency in Graphic Design
• Familiarity with Logo Design and Branding
• Understanding of Typography
• Knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong creativity and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field

• Candidates must be based in or near Irinjalakuda
• This role requires on-site presence (no remote option)

Probation & Salary Details :

• Selected candidates will undergo a 1-month probation period (training phase)
• During probation, performance, skills, and work quality will be evaluated
• Candidates who successfully complete probation will be offered a full-time position with salary based on performance.
