Graphic Designer

Location: Fountainhead School, Kunkni, Surat

Job Type: Full-time | On-site

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Communications and Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs, and a passion for education and branding. This role plays a key part in maintaining the school's visual identity and supporting a range of communication needs.

• Design visuals for digital and print media including brochures, banners, posters, newsletters, presentations, social media posts, certificates, and more.
• Support the branding and communication needs of various departments including Admissions, HR, Academics, and Events.
• Edit and enhance images and videos as required.
• Work on layouts and templates for school publications, reports, and internal documents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality results.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Take ownership of multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
• Take up any other graphic or visual design-related tasks as assigned by the school from time to time.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (exceptional freshers with strong portfolios may also apply).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and other design tools.
• Familiarity with basic video editing software is a plus.
• Strong design sense, attention to detail, and creativity.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to different design styles and requirements

Monday to Friday | 7:40 AM – 3:45 PM

(Occasional weekend or evening work during events)
