Job Description

We are an upcoming D2C personal care brand looking for a Graphic Designer who can create high-quality static and motion creatives across digital platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who

understands design, video, and social-first content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design social media posts, carousels, banners, and brand creatives
  • Edit engaging reels, ads, and marketing videos for Instagram, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms
  • Create static and motion assets for website, ads, emailers, exhibitions, and presentations
  • Design marketplace banners
  • Edit videos (reels, shorts, 1560 sec ads, 13 min brand films) with clean cuts, transitions, typography, effects, and sound design
  • Develop animated banner ads and simple motion graphics
  • Create infographics, one-pagers, and sales enablement materials
  • Maintain consistent visual identity across all platforms
  • Work closely with content and marketing teams on campaign ideas
  • Support packaging updates, inserts, and campaign creatives

Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
  • Understanding of social media formats and performance-driven creatives
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Video editing skills using Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve
  • Motion graphics using After Effects or equivalent
  • Experience with Instagram Reels and short-form video formats
  • Proficiency in Canva and other equivalent tools
  • Knowledge of advanced AI tools for generating animations, videos, and graphics
  • Familiarity with latest image and video editing tools
  • Understanding of CGI videos
  • Good sense of layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and ad performance
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work within tight timelines

Additional Preferred Skills

  • Social-first mindset (hooks, pacing, aspect ratios, subtitles, thumbnails)
  • Basic shooting knowledge: camera handling, lighting, audio, gimbal use
  • Experience in e-commerce and D2C brands preferred
  • Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus.
  • Strong ownership and ability to manage multiple deadlines
