About the Company

A well-known global consumer brand is building its India design studio and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its early designers. You will shape visuals for a brand millions already recognise. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer, you will turn briefs into clean, on-brand visuals across digital and print, keeping every piece consistent with the brand system.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Production

• Design assets for social, web, email, and print from brief to final file
• Build layouts, graphics, and templates that hold up across formats
• Prepare production-ready files with correct specs and exports

Brand & Collaboration

• Apply and protect brand guidelines across every deliverable
• Work with marketing and content teams to land each campaign

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2 to 5 years in graphic design with a strong portfolio
• Fluency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign or Figma
• A sharp eye for layout, type, colour, and detail
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to consumer or retail brand design
• Comfort working within an established design system
• Basic motion or social-video skills an advantage
