Job Description

Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with 5 -7 years of

professional experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually

impactful designs that effectively communicate our brand message across various media

platforms. This role requires a blend of creative flair, technical proficiency, and a keen eye for

detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Creation and Development:

Develop and produce graphic designs for various projects, including websites,

advertising, print media, branding, and corporate identity.

Create visually appealing layouts, typography, and graphics that align with

brand guidelines.

Brainstorm and conceptualise design ideas for campaigns and projects.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with the marketing, content, social media and product teams to

ensure a cohesive visual style across all mediums.

Communicate design concepts and rationales clearly to team members and

stakeholders.

Project Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from conception to delivery,

ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Provide accurate time estimates for each project and adhere to deadlines.

Digital Asset Management:

Maintain an organized archive of all design assets and files for future

reference and use.

Ensure that all graphics and layouts are visually appealing and as per brand

guidelines.

Play a role of custodian to make sure that all the graphics and creatives are

the same across the platform.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 5 -7 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • Experience of leading the projects independently.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
  • Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop,
  • InDesign).

Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. Ability to think creatively and justify concepts to clients and team members.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
