About The Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing a variety of visual assets that support our marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms. Your designs will play a crucial role in attracting and engaging our audience, ultimately driving sales and brand loyalty. This position offers the flexibility of working from anywhere within India and provides an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on beauty, wellness, and lifestyle sectors.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, particularly within e-commerce or D2C brands. Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator is essential. A strong understanding of what makes social media ad creatives stand out—including visual hooks, contrast, readability, and effective placement of calls-to-action—is required. Experience designing for beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle brands will be considered an advantage. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to produce 5-8 high-quality finished designs daily, maintain a clean and modern aesthetic, and adapt designs to various formats and sizes for different ad placements. Self-motivation, adherence to deadlines, and the ability to work independently are critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities
→ Design static ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram campaigns, including single images, carousels, and story formats.
→ Create compelling product mockups, lifestyle visuals, and before/after graphics to showcase products effectively.
→ Develop engaging social media posts for Instagram and Facebook pages that align with brand voice and aesthetic.
→ Design promotional banners, BOGO (Buy One Get One) offer graphics, and sale creatives to boost campaign performance.
→ Produce high-quality Shopify product page banners and hero images to enhance online storefronts.
→ Create thumbnail images for video ads, ensuring they are visually appealing and click-worthy.
→ Adapt successful designs into multiple sizes and formats suitable for various advertising platforms and placements.
→ Maintain consistency in brand aesthetics across all visual touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive brand identity.
→ Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and deliver creative solutions that meet strategic objectives.
