Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Kochi. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print campaigns, including social media creatives, website graphics, packaging, and marketing collateral that reflect FemiSafe's comfort-first brand identity.

Responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop concepts, creating and refining brand-aligned layouts, and preparing production-ready files. The role involves designing and iterating logos and brand elements, ensuring consistent use of typography and colors, and adapting designs for multiple platforms and formats. The Graphic Designer will also support ongoing brand refresh initiatives and contribute creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling and user engagement.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print media.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to build and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Candidates should possess skills in Typography to create clear, readable, and visually appealing designs.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
• Experience creating marketing and social media creatives, preferably for consumer or D2C brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and brand-focused design.
• Ability to work on-site in Kochi, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
