Role Overview
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can combine speed with strong creative thinking. This is not just
a design execution role — you will play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up across platforms.
The role requires working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment where designs are expected to
not just look good, but drive engagement, conversions, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-impact creatives for social media (static + motion) aligned with ongoing campaigns
- Execute end-to-end offline assets (pamphlets, banners, inserts, etc.) from concept to final print-
ready files
- Create performance-driven digital assets: ads, WhatsApp creatives, newsletters, brochures, and
more
- Collaborate closely with marketing, category, and product teams to bring campaigns to life visually
- Design app creatives, landing pages, and basic wireframes/mockups for user journeys
- Handle image editing, enhancements, and quick turnarounds for day-to-day business needs
- Maintain and evolve Fairdeal's visual identity across all touchpoints
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in graphic design (startup / fast-paced environment preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with Figma + Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects,
InDesign)
- Working knowledge of AI-led design workflows (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney / similar tools)
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media, performance marketing, and brand work
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to think concept-first, not just execution-first
- Strong attention to detail with speed and ownership mindset
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
