About us

Experience Co. builds premium group experiences — founder residencies, creative retreats, and global adventures across 30 countries — through brands like BHX and Bucketlist. We also run India's most exciting community of creators, founders, leaders, and magicmakers, with 5,000+ incredible people from 50+ domains. Alumni include folks like Raj Shamani, Shefali Shah, and Deepak Ramola.

We create work that moves people: Instagram carousels that stop the scroll, brand identities that tell real stories, and campaign assets that turn curiosity into bookings.

The Role

You'll be a key part of the creative team behind three distinct brands — designing social content, campaign assets, and brand materials that reach thousands of real people. You'll work closely with our Creative Director, who sets the direction, while you own the execution and bring ideas to life.

This is a great next step if you've got solid design fundamentals, a growing portfolio, and you're ready for more creative ownership than your current role gives you.

What You'll Do

→ Design scroll-stopping social media content — carousels, stories, posts — for Instagram and LinkedIn

→ Create assets for new experiences, retreats, and residencies

→ Design marketing materials: email campaigns, ad creatives, and landing page visuals

→ Help maintain and evolve brand guidelines across Experience Co., BHX, and Bucketlist

→ Collaborate on campaigns from concept to execution

→ Ship fast, iterate faster — we move at startup speed

Tools You Should Know

Must-have: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva

Bonus: After Effects, AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway), basic photography

You're a Good Fit If

→ You have 2–4 years of design experience

→ Your portfolio shows strong social content, brand, and marketing work

→ You can move between polished brand work and quick-turnaround assets without dropping quality

→ You understand what makes content perform, not just look good

→ You don't wait around for a perfect brief — you ask questions and fill in the gaps
