Role Overview: - We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate brand strategy into high-impact visual communications across digital and print. You'll partner with copy, strategy, and account teams to ship award-worthy work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop campaign concepts and key visuals for 360° campaigns (social, digital, OOH, print, experiential).
- Process & Ops: Estimate effort, manage files/versioning, and meet deadlines across multiple concurrent projects
- Branding: Create or evolve brand identities, guidelines, and asset libraries with strong typographic hierarchy and grid systems.
- Digital First: Design performance-ready assets (social ads, carousels, reels storyboards, web banners, landing pages, emails) and collaborate with motion/UX.
- Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, art directors, planners, and account managers to align on brief, timeline, and deliverables.
- Presentation: Build decks and present creative to internal stakeholders and clients with clear rationale and references.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 1+ years in design, preferably at agencies or brand studios; strong campaign and identity portfolio.
- Craft Mastery: Advanced typography, layout, color theory, imagery, and composition; sharp attention to detail.
- Tools: Expert in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator) working knowledge of Figma, generative tools.
- Storytelling: Ability to translate insights into visual narratives with moodboards, references, and mockups.
- Communication: Clear written/verbal communication and collaborative attitude.
- Comfortable working on-site in Mumbai for most of the week
