Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can design engaging educational and marketing creatives. The role requires strong visual sense, speed, and the ability to work closely with marketing and content teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Design social media creatives (Instagram posts, carousels, stories, reels covers)

· Design YouTube thumbnails, banners, and promotional visuals

· Develop educational infographics and course-related visuals

· Collaborate with performance marketing, content, and academic teams

· Make revisions based on feedback and meet tight deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Strong understanding of color theory, typography, font tools, and layout

· Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (mandatory)

· Ability to handle multiple tasks and quick turnarounds

· Ability to design for digital-first platforms and attention to detail

· Certificate or diploma in graphic design OR A degree in graphic design, visual communication, fine arts, or multimedia

Preferred Experience

· 1–4 years of experience in graphic design

· Experience in EdTech, coaching institutes, or digital marketing agencies

· Prior work on educational content or online course promotions

Understanding of performance-driven design
