About the Role:We're looking for a bold, imaginative, and highly skilled Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into compelling visual narratives across digital and physical touchpoints. This isn't just about making things look good; it's about creating mood, driving identity, and setting the visual standard for the brand.
If you're fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma (and beyond), have an eye for aesthetic systems, and can also harness AI tools to elevate the process, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities:Design & Deliver Stunning Creatives- Create high-quality assets, including social media posts, ad creatives, banners, brochures, lookbooks, packaging, and presentations.
- Collaborate closely with content and marketing teams to bring campaigns, launches, and narratives to life.
- Translate written briefs and mood boards into visually rich design outcomes.
Conceptualise Moodboards & Campaign Aesthetics- Develop powerful mood boards, visual territories, and creative treatments to guide storytelling.
- Present concepts with clarity and confidence, helping internal and external stakeholders visualise the creative direction.
- Be the go-to person for visual inspiration and reference points in every campaign.
Blend Creativity with AI Tools- Use AI design tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, Runway ML, etc.) to accelerate ideation, concept sketching, and creative experimentation.
- Integrate AI outputs into high-quality, brand-ready designs with a human touch.
- Stay up to date on emerging tools and bring innovation into the workflow.
Collaborate & Communicate- Work closely with marketing, social, content, and product teams to ensure visual cohesion across all touchpoints.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute original ideas that elevate the creative standard.
- Give and receive feedback with an open, constructive mindset.
Quality Control & Refinement- Ensure all creative assets are polished, aligned with brand guidelines, and delivered on time.
- Review and refine existing assets to optimise visual impact, especially for high-visibility campaigns.
- Conduct final quality checks across formats and platforms (desktop, mobile, print, etc.).
Requirements- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or visual storytelling
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other design tools
- Strong experience in using AI tools (like Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway ML, etc.) in the design process
- A refined design aesthetic and deep understanding of typography, colour theory, layouts, and composition
- Ability to create and present mood boards, brand decks, and visual concepts that align with brand strategy
- Fast, iterative, and detail-obsessed with a premium design taste
