Location: Bangalore (currently WFH / remote)

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

About the Role:

The role requires strong design and creativity skills spread across social media, advertising, mailers, web banners, videos, packaging and other marketing and digital assets.

You will work directly with senior marketing specialists in designing creatives for e-commerce brands. The role offers a fast-track to rapid growth within the organization. It requires a creative mindset with the ability to take ownership for outcomes and deliver on them.

Requirements:

• Must have 2-4 years of graphic design experience at an agency (marketing / creative / digital) or an e-commerce company
• Must have in-depth knowledge & skill with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Premiere Pro and After Effects knowledge is preferred as well.
• Must have strong understanding of, and prior expertise in translating ad copies, brand and marketing concepts into visual stories
• Prior experience working with marketing & branding teams in developing collateral for social media, ads, mailers, web banners and other marketing and digital assets is preferred
• Prior experience designing static frames/screens and elements for videos is preferred
• Must be able to develop creatives in line with brand guidelines
• Must be comfortable working within tight deadlines and be able to plan and prioritize work as per brand objectives
• Must have a portfolio or links to past work in resume
