Job Title: Junior Graphic Designer (1–2 Years Experience)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, good understanding of visual storytelling, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging creatives. You will work closely with the marketing and content teams to create visually appealing designs for digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities

Design creatives for social media posts, ads, banners, and marketing campaigns

Create branding materials such as logos, brochures, flyers, and presentations

Work on UI elements and basic web/app design layouts (preferred)

Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and graphics

Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions

Maintain consistency in brand guidelines across all designs

Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques

Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in graphic design

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva

Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro (optional but preferred)

Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design

Strong creativity and attention to detail

Ability to take feedback and improve designs accordingly

Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in digital marketing creatives

Basic understanding of UI/UX principles

Portfolio showcasing previous design work (mandatory)
