We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can shape how Master looks, feels, and communicates across touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality visuals specifically for the Master app, including app creatives, learning modules, and in-product assets.
- Translate complex or abstract ideas (skills, progress, outcomes) into clear, engaging visual stories.
- Work closely with product designers, content, and growth teams to create scroll-stopping yet purposeful creatives.
- Experiment with new formats, layouts, and visual metaphors to make learning feel less academic and more motivating.
- Study data (CTR) and revise underperforming thumbnails.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, digital-first design role.
- Strong command over tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator (Bonus: After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Canva).
- Solid understanding of color, typography, hierarchy, and composition.
- Ability to move fast without losing clarity or craft.
- Comfortable working with feedback and iterations and under tight timelines, including events.
- Prior experience in EdTech, creator-led platforms, or consumer apps is a plus.
- A portfolio that shows clarity of thinking, not just pretty visuals.
- Basic idea of clickbaity thumbnails and thumbnail texts.
