Master is one of Eloelo's flagship apps a skill-first, outcome-driven micro-learning platform

focused on helping users build real-world capabilities through structured content and guided

journeys. We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can shape how Master looks, feels, and

communicates across touchpoints.

What You'll Do

Design high-quality visuals specifically for the Master app, including app creatives, learning modules, and in-product assets

Translate complex or abstract ideas (skills, progress, outcomes) into clear, engaging visual stories

Work closely with product designers, content, and growth teams to create scroll-

stopping yet purposeful creatives

Experiment with new formats, layouts, and visual metaphors to make learning feel less academic and more motivating

Study data (CTR) and revise underperforming thumbnails

What We're Looking For

23 years of experience in a fast-paced, digital-first design role

Strong command over tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator

(Bonus: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva)

Solid understanding of color, typography, hierarchy, and composition

Ability to move fast without losing clarity or craft

Comfort working with feedback, iterations, and under tight timelines including events

Prior experience in EdTech, creator-led platforms, or consumer apps is a plus

A portfolio that shows clarity of thinking, not just pretty visuals

Basic idea of clickbaity thumbnails and thumbnail texts
