As a Graphic Designer at EEZ ALIGN Clinic, you will play a pivotal role in visually representing our brand and services. You will be responsible for creating compelling and innovative graphic designs that enhance our marketing materials, digital presence, and patient communication. Your creative expertise will contribute to conveying our clinic's values, professionalism, and commitment to patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual Design:

• Conceptualize and produce a wide range of visual materials, social media graphics, website visuals, email templates, and printed collateral.
• Design materials that effectively communicate our services, expertise, and patient-centered approach.

Brand Identity:

• Ensure consistent adherence to EEZ ALIGN's brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and professional visual identity across all design projects.
• Contribute to evolving and refining the clinic's brand presence through creative design solutions.

Digital Content:

• Design engaging graphics for social media platforms, website banners, and online advertisements to enhance user engagement and drive traffic.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to create visuals that align with various digital marketing strategies.

Print Collateral:

• Develop visually appealing print materials, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and business cards, to support promotional and informational campaigns.
• Liaise with print vendors to ensure high-quality production of printed materials.

Patient Communication:

• Design patient-centric communication materials, including informative guides, infographics, and newsletters, to educate and engage our patients.
• Create visual aids that facilitate understanding of physiotherapy concepts and treatment processes.

Creative Ideation:

• Generate innovative design ideas and concepts that resonate with our target audience and effectively convey our clinic's values and services.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the marketing team, clinicians, and other stakeholders to gather input and insights for design projects.
• Incorporate feedback to refine designs and ensure alignment with project goals.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure all design materials meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and professionalism before final delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant graphic design tools.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Creative flair and the ability to think outside the box when developing visual concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
