Job Title
Graphic Designer & Video Editor (Full-Time)
Experience: 3 - 6 years

Role Overview:
We are looking for a full-time Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can independently create high-quality reels, carousels, and static creatives for our brand and multiple client accounts.
This is a hands-on execution role. You will work closely with strategy and marketing teams to translate ideas and briefs into visually strong, on-brand content that performs well across digital platforms, especially Instagram.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Editing & Reels
Edit Instagram Reels and short-form videos (3090 seconds)
Add hooks, captions, text overlays, transitions, and music
Adapt content to current platform trends while maintaining brand tone
Repurpose raw footage or long content into short-form clips

2. Graphic Design (Carousels & Statics)
Design Instagram carousels and static creatives
Convert ideas and information into clean, engaging visual formats
Create and maintain templates for different brands and campaigns
Ensure clarity, hierarchy, and visual consistency across posts

3. Brand Consistency & Quality Control
Follow brand guidelines across multiple clients
Maintain consistency in fonts, colours, layouts, and tone
Balance creativity with clarity, especially for professional and healthcare brands
Deliver polished, error-free creatives

4. Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with marketing, strategy, and account teams
Execute content as per briefs and content calendars
Incorporate feedback efficiently and iterate quickly
Manage multiple deliverables and deadlines

5. Content & Platform Awareness
Stay updated with Instagram trends, formats, and best practices
Understand what kind of creatives drive engagement
Continuously improve output quality and turnaround time

Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor
  • Strong portfolio with reels, carousels, and static creatives
Proficiency in:
  • Canva (mandatory)
  • CapCut / InShot / Premiere Pro / After Effects / Final Cut (any)
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual storytelling
  • Familiarity with Instagram and short-form content formats
  • Ability to work across different industries and brand styles
Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with brands, agencies, or startups
  • Basic understanding of content marketing and engagement metrics
  • Ability to suggest creative ideas and content formats
  • Experience with healthcare or professional service brands
