About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative and digitally skilled AI Graphic Designer who can combine strong visual-design fundamentals with the latest AI-powered creative tools.
The ideal candidate will be able to transform creative concepts into high-quality product images, advertising creatives, social-media content, campaign visuals, lifestyle imagery, and marketing assets using a combination of AI tools and conventional design software.
You should have a strong eye for composition, typography, color, lighting, styling, fashion/product presentation, and visual storytelling, along with the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality commercial graphics and visual content using AI image-generation and editing tools.
- Develop AI-generated product, lifestyle, fashion, kids, model, campaign, and promotional imagery.
- Write and refine detailed AI prompts to achieve consistent, commercially usable results.
- Retouch, enhance, composite, and manipulate AI-generated images using Photoshop or equivalent tools.
- Create social-media creatives, digital advertisements, banners, website graphics, catalogues, and campaign assets.
- Generate multiple creative concepts and visual variations quickly for marketing campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, product appearance, colors, styling, and visual language.
- Combine AI-generated assets with photography, illustrations, typography, graphics, and existing brand assets.
- Create compelling visuals for e-commerce product listings and advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, photography, content, and creative teams.
- Stay updated with emerging AI creative tools, workflows, models, and design trends.
- Build efficient workflows that reduce production time while maintaining high visual quality.
- Ensure final artwork meets platform, advertising, print, and digital specifications.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of graphic-design fundamentals.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of Illustrator and/or other professional design software.
- Hands-on experience with AI image-generation tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT image generation, Stable Diffusion, Flux, or similar platforms.
- Strong AI prompting and prompt-iteration skills.
- Understanding of image composition, lighting, perspective, color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong photo-editing, retouching, masking, compositing, and background-replacement skills.
- Ability to create realistic and commercially usable AI-generated imagery.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly with products, garments, faces, hands, proportions, textures, and branding.
- Ability to interpret a creative brief and independently develop visual concepts.
- Good understanding of social-media and digital-advertising formats.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in fashion, apparel, kidswear, e-commerce, lifestyle, beauty, FMCG, or consumer brands.
- Experience creating AI-generated fashion/model/product photography.
- Knowledge of AI video-generation tools is an advantage.
- Experience with Canva, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools is a plus.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and performance advertising.
- Experience creating Amazon/Flipkart/e-commerce marketplace creatives is a plus.

- Examples demonstrating prompt-based creative development
Education
A degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Fashion Design, or a related field is preferred, but strong portfolio and practical skills may be considered more important than formal qualifications.
