About the Role
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who understands how design drives conversions, performance, and brand perception. This role is not about making pretty creatives it's about building high-performing visual assets for e-commerce brands across social media, ads, websites, and email.
You will work closely with marketing, performance, and content teams to design assets that directly impact CTR, ROAS, engagement, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Design
- Design high-quality creatives for:
- Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok
- Static posts, carousels, stories, reels covers
- Translate content ideas into scroll-stopping visuals
- Maintain brand consistency across platforms
2. Paid Ads Creatives (Google & Meta)
- Design performance-focused creatives for:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Display & YouTube
- Create multiple creative variations for A/B testing
- Understand hooks, visual hierarchy, CTAs, and ad fatigue
3. E-commerce UI/UX
- Design website assets for:
- Homepages
- Product pages (PDP)
- Landing pages
- Work in Figma on layouts, sections, banners, icons
- Apply basic CRO principles (clarity, flow, hierarchy)
4. Emailer & CRM Design
- Design marketing emails for:
- Campaigns
- Newsletters
- Product launches
- Create clean, mobile-first layouts for Klaviyo / Mailchimp / similar tools
5. Video Editing & Motion Content
- Edit short-form videos for:
- Instagram Reels
- TikTok
- YouTube Shorts
- Ad creatives
- Repurpose long-form content into high-performing short clips
- Understand pacing, hooks, and retention for social platforms
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Skills
- 2+ years experience in e-commerce / digital marketing design & video
- Strong portfolio with:
- Social media creatives
- Ad creatives
- Website / landing page UI
- Short-form video edits
- Proficiency in:
- Photoshop
- Figma
- Canva
- Working knowledge of at least one video tool:
- Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut / Final Cut
