Job Description

About DROPZ

DROPZ is India's first true limited-edition platform, a culture-forward destination where every product drop is rare, intentional, and never restocked. We aren't just building a brand; we're building a platform that curates stories through exclusive in-house drops, creator collaborations, and collectible releases across fashion, lifestyle, and beyond. Every drop is a moment, but the platform is the big picture and our brand must ignite cultural hype.

As a Graphic Designer, you will own drop-level visual systems and ship across social, ads, web, and packaging with a high bar for craft and speed. This is a 0 to 100 role for someone who can run end-to-end execution, collaborate deeply, and build culture through high ownership and consistent delivery.

What You'll Do

  • Build distinct visual identities for in-house drops and collaborations by developing typography, palettes, and graphic motifs, then translating them into practical templates that keep every asset aligned across the full release.
  • Design high-impact social and marketing graphics by turning briefs into multiple strong directions, iterating fast with feedback, and delivering platform-ready exports that drive engagement and tell the drop story clearly.
  • Create paid ad creatives, static and motion-friendly, by designing variations for angles and placements, resizing for formats, and structuring source files so marketing can test, refresh, and scale quickly.
  • Support packaging and unboxing visuals by collaborating with the Creative Lead on boxes, inserts, labels, and stickers, then preparing print-ready files with dielines, bleeds, and clear production notes.
  • Ensure website visual consistency by designing banners, thumbnails, and product visuals that match DROPZ style, coordinating with content and production so pages ship on time and feel cohesive end to end.
  • Collaborate with writers, video editors, photographers, and social design by aligning on narrative and timelines, sharing work-in-progress early, and adapting visuals so every channel feels like one release.
  • Maintain design hygiene and documentation by organizing assets by drop and channel, naming versions clearly, and recording key decisions so handoffs are smooth and teammates can pick up work without confusion.
  • Run quality checks before publishing or print by verifying hierarchy, spacing, color consistency, and legibility across devices, catching issues early to reduce rework during tight launch windows.
  • Improve speed without lowering the bar by building reusable components, layout systems, and export presets, making it easier to ship high volume creative while keeping the brand premium.

Who You Are

  • You have solid experience shipping across social, web, paid ads, and print, and you can switch contexts fast while keeping the output consistent and premium.
  • You can create drop-level identities that feel fresh, and you know how to protect core brand rules so variety does not become visual chaos.
  • You understand production realities, and you prepare files correctly for print and digital with disciplined versioning, naming, and export standards.
  • You collaborate clearly with cross-functional partners, and you manage timelines by scoping work, sharing drafts early, and making tradeoffs visible to stakeholders.
  • You take feedback quickly and use it to improve the work, staying focused on outcomes, craft, and learning rather than personal preference.
  • You are startup-ready and high ownership, and you bring daily intensity, proactive problem solving, and a team-first mindset that strengthens culture.
  • You stay curious about trends and references, and you can translate what is relevant into DROPZ language instead of chasing aesthetics that do not fit the brand.
  • You care about details and consistency, and you protect the final experience with checks that catch misalignment, poor hierarchy, and off-brand execution before shipping.

What We Offer

  • End-to-end ownership, you will run real deliverables that define how each drop looks, feels, and lands across social, web, ads, and unboxing.
  • Growth through responsibility, you will build systems, templates, and workflows as we scale, learning faster than you would in a slow-moving environment.
  • Build from 0 to 100 together, you will help set the quality bar and ship at a pace that rewards initiative, clarity, and strong taste.
