We are seeking a Creative Graphic Designer for a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual concepts, designing layouts for book covers and marketing materials, collaborating with authors and editors for typography and imagery, and ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines. Daily tasks also include preparing artwork for print, managing design projects to meet deadlines, and incorporating design feedback effectively.

• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Knowledge of design principles including color theory, typography, and layout composition
• Project management skills, including time management and the ability to meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities for working with cross-functional teams
• Prior experience in publishing, media, or a similar industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred
