Salary Details: 25000 - 35000

Overview:

We are looking for a creative and experienced graphic designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both graphic design and animation, with a solid portfolio to demonstrate their talent and versatility. This candidate will work with our marketing and creative teams to create captivating visual content for several platforms. 

Responsibilities:

1. Design visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print products, such as websites, social media, ads, and hoardings.

2. Work with the marketing team to develop and implement design strategies that are consistent with the brand standards and objectives. 

3. Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, storyboard concepts, and bring them to life with design and animation. 

4. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and animation to keep our visual material relevant and inventive. 

5. Manage several projects from inception to completion while adhering to timelines and quality requirements. 8. Offer constructive criticism and assistance to junior designers and animators, encouraging a collaborative and creative workplace. 

1. Attend meetings and presentations to discuss project requirements, offer progress reports, and present design concepts to stakeholders. 

Requirements:

1. A bachelor's degree in graphic design, animation, fine art, or a related subject.

2. Proven experience as a graphic designer and animator, with a solid portfolio demonstrating your design and animation abilities. 

3. Knowledge of industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). And, beginner level knowledge of Animation/Editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier Pro., 3D software such as Blender, or comparable. 

4. A thorough understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition. 

5. Strong communication and cooperation abilities, including the ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts to team members and stakeholders. 

6. Excellent attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics and visual narrative. 

7. The ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced atmosphere while managing different objectives and deadlines.
