Key Responsibilities
- Design graphics for digital channels, including social media posts, banners, email campaigns, and website visuals.
- Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, packaging, and point-of-sale materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
- Ensure all designs adhere to the brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Prepare and optimize design files for various platforms and formats.
- Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and techniques to keep the brand visually relevant.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience in creating visually engaging digital and print content.
- Creative abilities in Logo Design and Branding to develop consistent brand identities.
- Strong skills in Typography for detailing and enhancing design elements effectively.
- Proficient in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, layouts, and design trends.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field; relevant work experience is a plus.
- Effective team collaboration and communication skills.
