Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs across various platforms, developing and executing design concepts, collaborating with the marketing and content teams, and ensuring all design work aligns with brand guidelines. The role also includes managing design projects from concept to completion and maintaining a high standard of creativity.

THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL ROLE

Qualifications

• Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in Graphic Design or Visual Communication.
• If with experience previous stints in a creative agency or design studio is a bonus.
• A portfolio showcasing a strong eye for design, creativity, and originality is a MUST.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
• Experience in creating digital assets, including social media graphics, web banners, and email templates.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing is a HUGE BONUS.
• Must be comfortable with feedback and revisions, showing flexibility and adaptability in your work.

Salary Range

• 28,000 - 38,000 per month
