Deccan AI is a model training and evaluation startup headquartered in the Bay Area. We are founded by IIT Bombay, IIM Ahmedabad, and ex-Google alumni, and we work with some of the top AI frontier labs in the world, such as Google DeepMind and Snowflake. We are backed by Prosus Ventures, and our India delivery office is in Hyderabad. Most of our roles are on-site i.e., Bay Area / Hyderabad.

What You'll Do

Design for both digital and print (social media creatives, email templates, website UI, business cards, pitch decks, brochures, etc.).

Refine and develop the brand identity (logo, typography, color palette, and design guidelines).

Create marketing and promotional materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Ensure visual consistency across all platforms, defining and maintaining brand style rules.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, HR, leadership) to create engaging and easy-to-understand visuals.

What You Need

23 years of experience in graphic design (startup experience preferred).

Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator (or similar tools).

Strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.

Experience in delivering creative assets for digital and print campaigns.

Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
