Job Overview
The Graphic Designer is a creative role responsible for designing high quality visual assets that support marketing campaigns, digital platforms, events, and educational content. This role focuses on maintaining a consistent, modern, and professional brand identity across all visual touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
Visual Design and Asset Creation
Design creatives for social media posts and advertisements
Create visuals for marketing campaigns and promotions
Design presentations, pitch decks, and reports
Develop creatives for events, webinars, and educational sessions
Ensure all visual assets align with established brand guidelines
Branding and Consistency
Maintain and evolve brand identity across platforms
Ensure consistency in colors, typography, and layouts
Create reusable design templates for internal and external use
Collaboration and Feedback
Work closely with marketing, content, and video teams
Convert creative briefs into high quality visual outputs
Iterate designs based on feedback while maintaining quality standards
Creative Ideation
Contribute ideas for campaigns and visual storytelling
Stay updated with design trends and best practices
Suggest innovative design approaches to improve engagement
