Job Description: Graphic Designer – Active Foods

Sugar.fit is building its Active Foods vertical, focused on creating healthy and functional food

products. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This

role will be central to shaping the visual identity of our product packaging, digital presence, and

marketing communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Packaging Design: Create fresh, innovative packaging designs for new product launches; adapt

existing designs to different SKUs while maintaining brand consistency; work closely with product

and marketing teams.

  • Digital Creatives: Design listing images, banners, and ad creatives for e-commerce platforms

(Amazon, Flipkart, D2C website); develop campaign-specific creatives.

  • Social Media Creatives: Create engaging posts, stories, and graphics for social media; support

influencer collaborations with templates.

  • Video Support: Basic video editing for reels, product demos, and ad edits; repurpose existing

footage into platform-optimized content.

  • Brand Consistency: Maintain brand guidelines across touchpoints; bring fresh design ideas to

elevate Sugar.fit's Active Foods identity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

• 1–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in FMCG / D2C brands.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging and digital design work.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

• Basic skills in video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).

• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and timelines.

• Strong creative vision with awareness of consumer trends in health and lifestyle brands.

Nice to Have

• Experience in food & beverages/FMCG space.

• Exposure to 3D mockup tools for packaging visualization.

• Motion graphics/animation basics.
