We're looking for a Graphic Designer / Visual Communicator who can bring brands to life through stunning visuals and creative storytelling.

Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer / Visual Communicator, you'll be responsible for designing impactful and visually appealing content for social media, video campaigns, and digital platforms. You'll collaborate with creative strategists, video editors, and marketing teams to create compelling designs that enhance brand narratives and engage audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging and brand-consistent visuals for social media, websites, video thumbnails, and digital campaigns.
• Develop creative assets, including illustrations, infographics, motion graphics, and marketing materials. (eg- E-com, Q-com banners, assets)
• Work closely with creative strategists and video editors to ensure seamless integration of visuals in content.
• Stay updated on design trends, social media aesthetics, and emerging visual communication techniques.
• Optimize designs for various digital formats, ensuring high-quality output across platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency while exploring new and innovative design approaches.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, creative environment.
• Flexibility and ability to think independently and adapt according to brands visual requirements.
• Develop and design collaterals for print media such as brochures, coffee table books, standees etc.

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in graphic design or visual communication (agency experience preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and branding.
• Experience in creating visuals for social media, marketing campaigns, and video content.
• Knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.
• A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and storytelling through design.
• A collaborative and creative mindset with a passion for digital content.
